Mr. Rafik Mohamed is an astute lawyer with over 30 years of litigation experience in Egypt and the UAE. He advises on civil, commercial and criminal matters and has acted before all three tiers of the Court system from the First Instance Court to the Supreme Court. Mr. Rafik has published articles on legal issues in a number of Arabic publications.
