Eman Balaou is a highly experienced Legal Consultant with a career spanning over 28 years in
the legal field. Based in Dubai, UAE, she has been serving as a Senior Legal Consultant from
2013 to 2023, where her responsibilities include drafting legal memorandums for a wide range of
cases, managing court proceedings, providing comprehensive legal responses to client inquiries,
drafting Settlement Agreements, conducting thorough legal research, and overseeing
administrative investigations. Eman is a versatile bilingual professional proficient in Arabic and
English. She has a strong track record in case management at all levels of litigation, legal
administrative investigations, and in-depth legal research. With 18 years of prior legal experience
in Egypt and 10 years in the United Arab Emirates, she is registered with the Egyptian Bar
Association and the Legal Affairs Department of the Government of Dubai.
Eman's career began in Cairo, Egypt, where she served as a Lawyer before the Council of State
and the Egyptian courts. During this time, she also held the position of Legal Member in the
Administration of cases and complaints against administrative decisions and sanctions. She
contributed to the administration of administrative investigations within the central legal
department, under the Ministry of Justice, headed by the Public Commission of Health Insurance
of the Ministry of Health.
Her educational background includes a Bachelor of Law from Ain Shams University, as well as
diplomas in Criminal Law, Private Law, Arbitration Law, and Administrative Science Law and Master in Law. Eman's
commitment to professional development is evident through her participation in various training
courses and seminars related to legal matters, including cybercrimes, legal disciplinary systems,
and protecting public funds. Eman is proficient in legal research, client negotiation, and the
