Mr. Satinder Kapur is an advocate in India, solicitor in England & Wales, and a DIFC Practitioner. He is an acknowledged expert in international arbitration, both commercial and investment treaty-based arbitration, and has personal experience of a hose of jurisdictions, including England, USA, Sweden and UAE. Mr. Kapur also has vast experience in handling cross border transactions especially between Europe and India.
