Mr. Walid Jumaa paid a visit to the University of Central Lancashire (UCLan) Cyprus campus on 12 May 2014. UCLan University is recognised as a world-class modern university, competing successfully and sustainably in the national and international markets. The purpose of the visit was to explore cooperation opportunities between The university and United Advocates mainly in the Oil and Gas sector. Mr. ​Jumaa met Mr. Hassapis, the co-founder of UCLan Cyprus. Both parties expressed their optimism are regarding future collaboration between Uclan Cyprus and United Advocates.
