Rafik is a Senior Legal Counsel in our Litigation department. Rafik has experience in Civil, Commercial and Criminal law. Rafik has 25 years of experience having acted before all court tiers – First Instance, Appeal and Supreme Court. Rafik is an active writer on legal issues and has been published in a number of specialized magazines.

Rafik was born in Egypt and gained a Bachelor of Law degree from the University of Ain Shams. Rafik speaks English and Arabic.
