Arihant Mohta, a Senior Associate and Legal Consultant with over 10 years of experience in UAE, he manages and advises clients on all major aspects in the Corporate & Commercial Department, offering comprehensive legal advice. He also contributes to Real Estate, Labour, Personal Status, Litigation and Dispute Resolution matters. With a diverse professional background in India, Kenya, Zimbabwe, and the UK, Arihant coordinates cross-border legal issues with foreign branches. He holds a law degree from Mumbai's Government Law College and a master's in International Commercial Law from the University of Nottingham, UK. Arihant is a member of the Bar Association of India and a registered Legal Consultant with the Government of Dubai Legal Affairs Department
