Our Team

Ms. Mona Abulgasim has over 10 years of litigation and corporate law experience. She is a litigation specialist with experience in civil, commercial, and criminal law. After graduating from the University of Khartoum with an LL.B. in 2009, Mona went on to obtain her practicing certificate from the Sudanese Legal Association in 2012.

After her university studies, she practiced in Sudan for three years, specialising in civil and commercial litigation. She is also a member of the Sudanese Bar Association.

Mona Abulgasim has joined the United Advocates Litigation Department, where she handles major litigation issues and provides legal advisory and consultation for various local and international clients.
Ms. Mona specializes and provides assistance in litigation and consultation on various aspects of the law and business, with a principal focus on civil disputes such as commercial, real estate, labor, and personal status matters. In addition to her experience in drafting and reviewing different types of legal documents in Arabic and English,
