Mr. Shoeb Saher is a Corporate and Commercial Lawyer, holding qualifications as an advocate in India, and as a solicitor in England & Wales. His practice primarily includes UAE commercial law, corporate law, employment law and agency law with experience in mergers, acquisitions, commercial contracts drafting and review, employment, commercial agency, incorporating companies and bankruptcy. He has been practicing in the Gulf for over 12 years. Before moving to the Middle East, Shoeb worked extensively on direct and indirect taxation, including VAT Laws in India.
